Sameer runs the show and the showrunners. With over three decades in hospitality and food, he blends experience with an instinct for people and detail. Balancing strategy with spontaneity and logic with laughter, he brings good vibes wherever the team goes. He can dive deep one moment and have everyone in splits the next. He brings years of experience but carries the spirit of someone who just joined the party.

Dipali is the engine behind every big idea, quietly powering the madness.She’s the one who turns ideas into action and partnerships into power moves. She runs on strategy, spreadsheets, and a dangerously strong cup of coffee. When the team’s energy dips, she’s the one saying, “let’s make this bigger.”

Sachin knows venues like most people know their playlists. Whether it’s a palace that tells a story or a hidden lawn that feels like a secret, he finds places that fit people, not just plans. When the team is searching for that perfect setting, Sachin somehow always knows where to look first. Fun fact, he can recall ballroom sizes faster than most of us can remember our own birthdays.

He is the tech architect behind Utsav, the one who built our app, our website, and the systems that quietly power our weddings and live events. With 16 years of experience, he turns everyday operational chaos into smooth, intelligent solutions the team now swears by. He designs, fixes, upgrades, and future proofs, usually before anyone even realises something needs attention. And when he is not deep in code, he sings, which somehow makes even the busiest days feel lighter for everyone around him

She takes half formed ideas, Pinterest dreams, and random voice notes from excited couples and somehow turns them into stunning, seamless weddings. Nothing misses her eye, from the tiniest floral detail to the biggest baraat entry. Everything she plans feels thoughtful, full of life, and a little bit magic.

Jasika is the team’s youngest voice and the energy boost everyone secretly relies on. She keeps projects moving, details in check, and our social media buzzing with life. From keeping projects on track to managing socials, she brings a fresh Gen Z spark to everything she touches. Fun fact, she can film a reel, coordinate a setup, and somehow make it look like a planned aesthetic moment.

As our HR, she keeps the human side of Utsav beautifully balanced. She finds people who fit our energy, guides them as they settle in, and stays tuned in to what makes a team feel connected. She is the go to person for all things people, quick to understand and quicker to sort things out. And when she is off the clock, she switches into her comfort playlist or a spontaneous dance moment that always brings the room alive.
